You spoke, I listened.

Lately, I’ve been fielding questions about client loyalty rewards programs. Unfortunately, I didn’t really have anything meaningful in place that rewarded client loyalty. I use the word, “meaningful” because I occasionally offer discounts as one-offs to get new folks into my chair, but that really doesn’t reward the person who is loyal and keeps coming back for service. So, to address that shortcoming, I’ve come up with a couple of programs that go into effect July 1, 2017 and will stay in place permanently.

These are some pretty excellent rewards, so read on!

Three’s Company

This one is super straightforward. For every three people you refer to me who get a service, you are entitled to a free haircut. Easy-Peasy

Strive for Five

This program will take a bit of planning, but it is definitely worth your time. You’ll need to book your next five appointments ahead of time. If you make all your appointments, your sixth service is free. Here is the great part, it’s not just for haircuts. It’s for any service I perform! That is, make five appointments for the same type of service and you get the sixth one free!

You can work this to get a free color, highlight, or even a Brazilian Blowout service. I know that life happens so, you do get to reschedule once during the 5 appointment cycle to keep the deal going. Once you have completed your fifth appointment, you get to schedule your sixth, free appointment!
